This hotel suits me perfectly with its friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and clean indoor pool. I remember how they helped me with travel tips on my first stay. Highly recommend this for a great experience! Coming back for Xmas!

Some parts shine, others fall flat.

The lobby and common areas are clean and inviting. Breakfast offered delicious options, particularly the fresh cinnamon buns! The coffee and tea station being available 24/7 was a nice surprise! !

While the facilities were nice, the staff interactions left much to be desired. Check-in was awkward, and the desk staff seemed unhelpful when issues arose. Not the warm welcome one expects.

the holiday inn express had spacious rooms that felt very comfortable. the free breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options. i loved how close it was to a steak house next door and an arby's just a block away. the staff was super friendly and made our stay even better.

My family stayed for two nights in a spacious room with a mini fridge, Keurig, and a microwave. The blackout curtains were a dream for sleeping in! Breakfast was decent too, with good choices.

Except for the paper-thin walls. I almost joined in on my neighbors’ conversations! Not what I signed up for, darling.
